Part of the lesson is spent lying down, which further allows release of muscle tension. No special clothing is required providing movement is unrestricted. The lessons last 40 minutes and cost £30 each. The number of lessons you take depends on your particular goals. A series of lessons is recommended for continuing self-improvement, but even a few lessons can make a difference. Please contact Deborah for more information or to book a lesson.
