The Alexander Technique

 with Deborah Coote

Deborah Coote: Alexander Technique teacher

“I started having lessons in 1998, having suffered from chronic lower back pain and asthma for years. Various forms of treatment helped in the short term but it was through the Alexander Technique that I learned how to move without excessive tension and strain. A series of lessons greatly improved my quality of life as I began to learn how to look after my health and well-being.

I was so inspired by the positive effects of the Technique that I gave up my career in banking to undertake the three-year teacher-training course. “
